The Order Process
Our order process is just 4 easy steps:
1. Fill out our quick 3 step Get a Quote form to the right
2. We email your pricing or request any additional info
3. Approve your full estimate and mockup through email
4. Pay your invoice online with credit/debit card or bank transfer
5 to 10 business days* your order is ready to ship or pickup! Watch a quick video here.
Get A Quote: You are not placing an order. Shortly after submitting your request, we will review your information and you will receive a quote by email during normal business hours (M-F | 9am-5pm CST)
Turnaround starts when your order is paid for and we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, , all fonts required, all shipping info, etc.)
If you need to send art over 10MB we recommend a few ways to do so.
1. Fill out the form on the left and in the special instructions write WILL EMAIL ARTWORK. Then email us at your artwork to [email protected] using gmail or another provider. Most email provides file sizes up to 25MB.
2.Use a media delivery service like dropbox or sendit.. Then include the upload link in your instructions or email.
3.Physically Mail us a flash drive or DVD and we will return your item with your order.
