Files must be 300 DPI or a Vector File. Preferred file types are .PSD, TIF, EPS, AI, PDF, and .JPG. Design should be sized to print. Visit our Art Guidelines for more info on how to prepare your order. Art must be completed and approved before your order can be printed. Typical turnaround time is 5-10 business days + shipping time. Turnaround time is only an estimate, is not guaranteed, and starts when your order is paid for, and we have all the information to complete your job. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order, and a rush fee may imply. Taking longer than 24 hours to approve your digital proofs may delay your order. Any circumstances out of Midwest Master Screen Printing's control (i.e., weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turn around time estimate.

Our current minimum order is 12-35 pieces with up to two colors. Unless your garments are for sports teams receiving names and numbers. Artwork over 6 colors will need a 100-piece minimum. On all new orders, we will be sending you an art proof for your review. This proof will state the size, Pantone colors, and overall location of your print job. Please make sure to look over the proof carefully as once it is approved, we will be printing exactly that. Please visit our art guidelines page for more information

Most types of garments can be printed depending on the print location. We print t-shirts, hats, pants, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies, underwear, schoolwear, baby clothes, aprons, towels, denim, leather, and anything else! Feel free to ask!

Each screen is $15.00 to expose prep and mount. This is a fee for the preparation and setting of the screen used to reproduce your artwork. We do not charge fees for film production per job. Once your artwork has been prepped and separated, you will only pay the setup fees.

When ink is printed onto, for example, white ink on a dark shirt, it may require two layers of ink for maximum opacity. in order for a layer of ink to sit on a previous layer, it must be heated and dried so as not to blend.

A standard box holds 72 t-shirts and weighs around 32 pounds. you can estimate how much it is going to cost by using your area code and ours (64131). We only charge actual shipping costs; there are no “handling” fees.

Yes, we can print team jerseys for football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, volleyball, cheerleading, lacrosse, and track and field. We have access to the latest jersey styles, colors, and designs. We typically screen print team names, mascots, and numbers.

Yes, we can print designs that use trademarked logos; however, the customer is responsible for obtaining the proper permission from the trademark owner, prior to printing.

Your payment must be received in full before your order is printed. We accept cash, check, Paypal, and most credit/debit cards.

Due to the nature of screen printing, shirts can be damaged during production. All orders should consider for a 3% under run or error rate. We are not responsible for this shortage though you will not be charged for missing shirts. Please keep this in mind when planning your project and always try to order extra.

Different shirt colors are ok as long as the ink colors and art are the same (for instance, you can't print a full-size front on a youth small). If we need to change ink colors, additional fees will apply.
